1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RandPulse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RandPulse ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

RandPulse is an independent portfolio analytics and investment research platform designed for South African investors. The Platform provides tools including portfolio tracking, stock screening, AI-generated insights, and a Portfolio Builder feature. RandPulse is not associated with or endorsed by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, is not a licensed financial services provider, and does not provide financial advice.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform's features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

4. Plans, Payments and Billing

Certain features require a paid plan. Two paid plans are offered: Rand Pulse Plus at R249 per month and Rand Pulse Pro at R349 per month. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the full amount you pay; Rand Pulse adds no further fees. The current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Each payment buys one month of access from the moment the payment is confirmed and is added to any paid time you already have. Payments do not renew automatically. You are charged only when you choose to pay again, and no card is charged without you completing a checkout yourself. Payments are processed by Peach Payments, a PCI DSS compliant South African payment service provider. Your card details are entered on Peach Payments' secure checkout page and are never stored by Rand Pulse. You may upgrade from Plus to Pro at any time; the new month of Pro access is added to the time you have already paid for. A paid period is never cut short before it ends, other than for a breach of these terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with 30 days' notice on the pricing page; a change never affects a month you have already paid for.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Portfolio Builder, AI insights, stock screener, and all other features are informational and educational tools only. RandPulse is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment manager under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS). Any investment decisions you make based on information provided by the Platform are made at your own risk. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Shariah Screening Disclaimer

The Shariah screening feature is provided for informational purposes and is based on AAOIFI standards as interpreted by RandPulse. This does not constitute a formal fatwa or religious ruling. We recommend consulting a qualified Islamic scholar or Shariah board before relying on this information for religious compliance purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RandPulse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandPulse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any investment decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
